- Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and may offer a substitute or refund.
- Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance, and orders may be cancelled at our discretion.
- Order Changes or Cancellations: Please contact us directly for changes or cancellations. We may not be able to modify orders once they are processed.

3. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. In the case of a pricing error on an order, we will inform you and offer options to proceed with the correct price or cancel for a refund.
- Payment Methods: We accept payment via Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Apple pay, Eftpos, Google pay and Shop. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping and Delivery

- Risk of Loss: Once an item is dispatched, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. However, we take responsibility for items damaged in transit (see "Damaged or Faulty Goods" below).

- 12-Month Warranty: All products from The Elegant Eventer include a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This warranty is additional to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- Consumer Guarantees: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If a product fails to meet these guarantees (e.g., quality, fitness for purpose), you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund.
- Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.

6. Returns and Refunds
- Returns Eligibility: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are in original condition and packaging, except in cases of faults or failures under consumer guarantees.
- Change of Mind Returns: We may accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of receipt at our discretion, provided the item is unused and in original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind is the customer’s responsibility.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service for instructions. After inspection, we will process a refund, replacement, or repair, as applicable.

7. Damaged or Faulty Goods
- Goods Damaged in Transit: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
